A
meeting was held in the chamber of the undersigned
on 25.01.06 with Shri Sanjay Puri, Municipal Councillor
along with Sr. Officers of the MCD along with Chief
Engineer-V. The point wise decisions taken are as
under :
1.
Construction of Grade Separator at the junction
of Pankha Road and Palam Dabri Road : It
has been decided that a meeting is likely to be organized
in the Chamber of Hon'ble Minister Dr. Walia wherein
the increase in cost for grade separator project will
be decided. This increase in cost is mainly on account
of covering of Pankha Road Drain.
2.
Grade separator at Kirbi Place crossing on Statio
Road/ Jail Road in West Zone : Shri Puri emphasized
that he will pursue with Shri Walia for holding a
meeting regarding construction of this grade separator.
A meeting in this regard be organized in this regard
with cantonment/army authorities to resolve the issue.
3.
Exploring the possibility of Grade Separator at
Sagar Pur Crossing : Ex. Engineer-XX was asked
to carry out the feasibility study for construction
of this grade separator at Sagar Pur Crossing immediately.
4.
Construction of remaining portion of the drain
A2A Block, Janak Puri : It has been promised by
the E.E. (Pr. West) that the work of construction
of remaining portion of the drain is likely to be
started by 1st March, 2006.
5.
Construction of Wedding Marg - A4A Block, Janak Puri
: E.E. (Project West) is to work out the commercial
aspects of this issue and put up detail in NIT immediately.
6.
Improvement of Nallah in C-3 & C3A Block, Janak
Puri : Permission for call of tenders in anticipation
has already been given to the concerned Ex. Engineer.
He will pursue and get the works awarded by March
end.
7.
Improvement of nallah in A1A & A1B Blocks adjacent
to Arya Samaj : It may be ensured by the E.E. concerned
that the inauguration in repspect of this item is
held on 3rd Feb. 06.
8.
& 9. Construction of Poly Clinics at Old Uttam
Nagar MCD Pry. School and M Block Uttam Nagar : E.E.
(Pr. West) will ensure that the work of these projects
are awarded before June 2006 so that foundation stone
may be laid immediately thereafter.
10.
Construction of Nallah at A4C Block, Janak Puri :
It has been reported by the EE (Pr. West) that the
tender for this work has already been received and
is in process for award. It should be ensured by EE
(Pr. West) that this work is warded by the end of
March 06.
11.
Copy of the work orders of various head of MC (Plan,
Non Plan & Councillor Head) & present status
of all works : It was explaind by the concerned Ex.
Engineer that some of the works are held up on account
of non-availability of the performance guarantee by
the contractors. This issue was also discussed in
the Standing Committee wherein a decision was taken
that the matter would be placed before the Standing
Committee for its sppropriate decision through finance,
but, the concurrence of finance is still awaited.
12.
Dense Carepet in Flated Area A1A, A1B, C1A, C2A Pkt
15-16, C2B, C2D, C2C Pkt-2, C2C Pkt 12, A4C : Budget
allocation of Rs. 10 lacks have already been given
to the concerned division.

& 14. Construction of Library - Possangipur and
Construction of Sr. Citizen Recreation Centre : The
work of construction of both are in full swing. CE(Elec.)
will ensure the work of wiring and electrical installations
to be completed before 15th Feb. 06. The inauguration
of these buildings will be fixed in due course of
time in consultation with the are councillor Shri
Sanjay Puri.
The
meeting was concluded accordingly.
