The
following issues were raised by Shri Sanjay Puri,
Municipal Councillor on which discussions were held
and accordingly decisions were taken.
1.
CONSTRUCTION OF GRADE SEPARATOR AT THE JUNCTION OF
PANKHA ROAD AND PALAM DABRI ROAD
It
was informed that the proposal has been cleared from
DDA Technical Committee. Delhi Traffic Police and
DMRC. Presently the office of Flood Control of Govt.
of NCT Delhi is being pursued for issuing of NOC for
the covering of Pankha Road Drain. The need of covering
of this drain has arisen of clearance by DMRC as this
drain is coming in the alignment of the Grade Separator.
The proposal will be sent to Hon'ble LG of Delhi for
the accord of administrative approval immediately
on receipt of NOC from Flood Control Deptt.
2.
GRADE SEPARATOR AT KIRBI PLACE CROSSING ON STATION
ROAD / JAIL ROAD IN WEST ZONE
Thjis
area falls within of ambit of MES and as such the
matter is to be taken in coordination with MES.
3.
GRADE SEPARATOR AT SAGAR PUR CROSSING
Tenders
for consultancy required for the project are being
called. Further action will be taken accordingly.
4.
CONSTRUCTION OF WEDDING MART -A4A BLOCK JANAKPURI,
NEW DELHI
A
proposal for construction of Wedding Mart on a land
measuring 2080 sqm. taken over from DDA has already
been processed. Chief Architect has cleared the drawings
prepared by the Consultant appointed by the department
for this project and now the proposal is being sent
to Town Planning Department for their clearance. The
Hon'ble Mayor desired that this being a new concept
for M.C.D. and also need for the hours so in the pursued
vigorously. In the meanwhile the work of construction
of boundary wall may be started at site immediately.
5.
CONSTRUCTION OF POLY CLINICS AT
a)
Old Uttam Nagar MCD Primary School
The
project estimate for this polyclinic has already been
sanctioned by the Corporation vide Reso. No. 814 dated
30.3.06. The detailed estimate is under preparation
in accordance with structural drawings prepared by
the consultants for the proposed building. It was
desired that the tenders may be invited immediately.
b)
M-Block Uttam Nagar
The
project estimate for this polyclinic has also been
sanctioned by the Ward Committee on 3.3.06. However,
it was desired by the area Municipal Councillor that
there is a need of the local residents for making
provision for Public Library and this is only possible
in this building as there is no other open space available
in the entire thickly populated area so the Health
Department was asked to examine the proposal and accordingly
sent a request to the Chief Architect for revision
of drawings.
6.
IMPROVEMENT OF NALLAH IN C-3 & C3a BLOCK OF JANAKPURI
It
was informed by the department that tenders for this
work have already been received and justification
of rates have been worked out. The case for approval
of Rate and Agency is to be sent to the Standing Committee
after concurrence by the finance department after
allocation of budget by the CSE Department for the
current financial year. The Hon'ble Mayor directed
D-in-C that the funds for this project be made available
to the Engineering Department so that the project
can be started at site immediately.
7.
IMPROVEMENT OF NALLAH AT A4C BLOCK JANAK PURI
The
project estimate for this work has also approved by
the Corporation. Tenders will be invited on receipt
of funds from CSE for the current financial year for
which Hon'ble Mayor directed that the necessary funds
be made available to Engineering Department by CSE
Department immediately so that proposal can be processed
further.

IMPROVEMENT OF REMAINING PROTION OF NALLAH IN A1A
& A1B BLOCK ADJACENT TO ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR
A
project estimate amounting to Rs. 115.60 lacs has
already been prepared for this work. However, the
same will be processed for administrative approval
and expenditure sanction after the receipt of budget
from C.S.E. department for the current financial year
2006-07 for which a request has already been sent
ot CSE department
9.
IMPROVEMENT OF REMAINING PORTION OF NALLAH N A1A &
A1B BLOCK ADJACENT TO RICH HARVEST PUBLIC SCHOOL
A
project amounting to Rs. 52.40 lacs has already been
prepared for this work. However, the same will be
processed for administrative approval and expenditure
sanction after the receipt of budget from C.S.E. department.
10.
SETTING UP AN AYURVEDIC DIABETIC TREATMENT CENTRE
IN WARD NO. 17 JANAK PURI IN THE ABENDENED PORTION
OF MCD PRY. SCHOOL J.J. COLONY, PANKHA ROAD.
The
area Municipal desired that there is dire need of
the residents for setting up an Ayurvedic Diabetic
Treatment Centre in the locality. For this purpose
a piece of land at present lying abandoned, where
earlier M.C.D. Primary School, J.J. Colony Pankha
Road was functioning. Accordingly, Health Department
was asked to examine the proposal and sent a request
to the Chief Architect or Engineering Department alongwith
the requirement. After taking NOC from Education Department.
11.
ESTABLISHMENT OF PANCHKARMA AYURVEDIC CLINIC AT EXISTING
LIBRARY BLOCK POSSANGIPUR
It
was desired by the Area Mpl. Councillor that an existing
library functioning in a building in Possangipur is
to be shifted in newly constructed nearby community
hall and a Punchkarma Ayurvedic Clinic be set up in
this old building which is at present under the control
of CSD Deptt. Accordingly, Health Department was asked
to examine the proposal and sent a request to the
Chief Architect or Engineering Department along with
requirement after taking NOC from CSD Deptt.
12.
REMAINING WORK OF LA ROAD SCHEME (DRAINAGE AND FOOTPATH)
IN A1, A2, A3, C1 AND C2 BLOCK, JANAK PURI
It
was informed by SE (West) that administrative approval
has been accorded by the Hon'ble LG to these schemes
and accordingly tenders are being invited shortly.
13.
PROVISION OF STEEL BENCHES IN VARIOUS PARKS OF WARD
NO. 17, JANAKPURI
It
was informed by SE (West) that the case for purchase
of steel benches is in process and the benches will
be provided.
14.
DEPLOYMENT OF SAFAI KARAMCHARIES IN THREE UNAUTHORISED
COLONIES NAME CHANAKYA PLACE, MAHINDRA PARK, JEEWAN
PARK AREA OF UTTAM NAGAR
It
was informed by SS(WZ) that the required safaikaramcharies
will be provided within 10 days.
15.
SANCTION OF DRAWINGS OF DISPENSARY BUILDING CONSTRUCTED
BY PWD AT A4A BLOCK CHANDER NAGAR
It
was informed by EE(Bldg.) HQ that the sanction of
building plan for the dispensary building of PWD is
under the advance stage of sanction.
16.
REMODELLING OF DRAINAGE OF UTTAM NAGAR GROUP OF COLONIES
INCLUDING DAYAL SAR CHOWK TO BANK OF BARODA, RAM DUTT
ENCLAVE, SOUTH EXTN. 1 & 3
It
was informed by D-in-C tha the proposal for the Remodelling
of drains of these colonies is under process and the
same will be completed during the durrent financial
year.
17.
KRISHAN VATIKA-PARK A2 BLOCK, JANAKPURI, DELETE FROM
INTERNET LIST FOR BOOKING
The
matter ws discussed in detail and the Hon'ble Mayor
directed to Horticulture Department to examine the
same in light of the court decision and further necessary
action be taken accordingly on priority.
