A meeting
was held on 23.5.06 with the area Councillor of Janak
Puri, Sh. Sanjay Puri and the are was inspected by
S.E., C.C.-5 along with E.E., W.D.-2 & field staff.
Following
issues were raised pertaining to various parks being
maintained by the D.D.A in blocks A at Janak Puri.
(A) L-Shape
Park in Block-A1, Janak Puri:-
(i) Repair/Renovation
including repairing of fencing & P/F a modified
Gate. E.E. to take up the works on priority.
Action

(B) Green-belt,
Block-A, Janak Puri :-
(i) Levelling
& dressing of parks i/c filling of good earth
wherever required.
Action

(ii)
Providing R.C.C. Rain shelters, 4 Nos. The issue pertains
to the Director (L.S.) Hence, E.E./WD-2 to take up
the matter with Dir(LS) for provision of Rain Shelters
in the Layout Plan.

(iii)
P/F R.C.C. benches 40 Nos.

(iv)
Providing / Fixing a new modified M.S. gate facing
road.
