Shri
Rakesh Mehta – IAS
Commissioner
Municipal
Corporation Of Delhi
Town
Hall
Delhi.
Please
accept my heartiest congratulations for signing of Memorandum
Of Understanding between MCD and Infrastructure Development
Finance Company Limited for speedy, comprehensive and
orderly development of urban infrastructure in the city
of Delhi through Private-Public Participation with the
objective of aiding the overall economic development
of Delhi.
I
earnestly believe that this step will prove to be a
Land Mark in the history of MCD and your name will also
be written with golden letters as it is only under your
stewardship that MCD has taken such a great decision.
I wish this project all success and I also hope and
pray that many more projects like this are started in
future for the benefit of people of Delhi.
As
this MOU will help in Privatization of Garbage Collection
in five Districts only, I request you that West Zone
should also be included in this Project. I feel that
people of West Zone really deserve to benefit from projects
like these as this zone is amongst the largest in Delhi
and a large population of people will benefit from this
project. In this regard, I give below the data to prove
my point and you will also realize that West Zone should
definitely be included in this project after going through
this data.
