Councillor requested that the notification for deposition of sewer development charges for the remaining colonies of Uttam Nagar group of colonies should be done at the earliest. Mem(Dr.) informed that proposal is in process.

Councillor desired that sewer line from A-1-35, Janakpuri to Dholi Piao should be cleaned by super sucker machine. CE(C)-V informed that tenders were called for this work but there was no response. Tenders were again called based on planning approved rates by super sucker machine & single tender was received with very high rates. This matter was discussed with SE(P)Dr. He assured that realistic rates for desilting by super sucker machine on running mtr. bases will be finalized & circulated shortly. Mem(Dr.) instructed for this particular work, that the agencies who had earlier executed such works may be requested to do this work on the same rates which they have done earlier at other sites.

Councillor requested for replacement of old under-sized sewerage pipe lines of A1, A2, C1 and C2 Block of Janakpuri. Mem.(Dr.) informed that budget is available & these works may be expedited.

Councillor requested that notified colonies may be handed over to maintenance division. Mem.(Dr.) informed that he is issuing direction for the same.

Councillor desired that atleast 3 jetting-cum-suction machines are required for sewer maintenance work. Mem.(Dr.) directed CE(CE)-V to purchase initially 3 jetting-cum-suction machines for sewer maintenance purpose in West Zone.

Councillor requested for construction of sump well with pumping station in Janakpuri. CE(C)-V informed that the proposal has already been sent to planning.

Councillor requested for desilting of sewer line in A-1, A-2, A-3, C-1, C-2 block of Janakpuri.
CE(C)-V informed that the cases are under process.

Councillor requested to lay the s/line in leftout portion of Uttam Nagar group of colonies namely Ramdutt Enclave, East Uttam Nagar, Indira Park, Milap Nagar etc. The Mem.(Dr.) instructed that maintenance division will lay the s/line in left out portion.
