        Minutes of meeting held with Sh. Sanjay Puri, Councillor(MCD) Janakpuri war No. 17, on dt.6.9.05 in the chamber of Mem.(WS). Following were present:-

4. Sh. R. K. Jain, SE(West)

5. Sh. D.K. Arora, EE(E&M)

6. Sh. R.K. Singhal, EE(WEST)-III

Following was discussed & decided.

  1. Councillor raised the issue of handing over of defunct T/well at C-2, C-6A, B-3 Block, Janakpuri to MCD for horticulture purpose. Mem.(WS) directed Sh. D.K. Arora to hand over these T/wells on as is where is basis to MCD for horticulture purpose.

  2. Councillor requested to extend the date of deposit of Sewer Development charges upto 31st Dec.2005. DOR agreed to put up the proposal in this regard.

  3. Councillor requested that the camp for deposition of sewer dev. charges at Fish Market may be extended upto Firday. DOR agreed to do so.

  4. Councillor requested to include the remaining colonies left out in the notification of sewer development charge so that residents of these colonies can also get benfit of rebate scheme. DOR agreed to do so.

  5. Councillor requested that removal of blockage in sewerage system should be attended urgently & recent awarded rate received for such works may be taken as guide line till finalization of rates by planning. Mem(WS) informed that this matter will be referred to Mem.(Dr.) for necessary action.

  6. Councillor requested for replacement of w/lines in Asalatpur & Possangipur Village. SE(WEST) informed that the proposal for replacement of w/lines in these villages is already at the estimate state.

  7. Councillor informat that water T/well at M-Block Uttam Nagar is not fir for drinking. SE(WEST) assured that this will be examined & ncessary steps will be taken after checking of water quality.

  8. Councillor requested that a drop box system for collection of cheque for water bills may be implemented at Hari Mandir A-1 Block & Geeta Parcharini Mandir, C-2 Block in Janakpuri. DOR informed that necessary steps will be taken after examining the proposal.
