1. Action taken report on meeting held on 7-2-2005 with CEO Delhi Jal Board.

2. Last Date for submission of sewer development charges is 30th September, 2005 for Uttam Nagar group of colonies. It should be extended till 31st December., 2005.

3. The group of colonies in Uttam Nagar whose notification has not been done so far, should be done at the earliest.

4. To get the sewer line from Janak Puri to Dholi Piao clean.

5. Replacement of old water pipelines of Asalat Pur Village, Possangipur Village.

6. Handing over of notified colonies from construction division to maintenance division.

Minutes of meeting held on 7.2.05 with Sh. Sanjay Puri, Councillor Janakpuri. Folloing officers were present.

Following was discussed & decided:-

1. Sh. Sanjay Puri raised the issue of functioning of internal sewer in Uttam Nagar, group of colony. CEO directed that Sh. Lalit Mohan to make functional the sewerage system & then hand over to maintenance wing. Sh. Lalit Mohan, SE(C)Dr-II inform the sewerage system will be functional by 15th May 2005.

2. Sh. Sanjay Puri, requested for additional water connection for A-Block Janakpuri CE(C)V informed that after commissioning of Sonia Vihar Water Treatment Plant, the additional water connection will be provided, as there is overall water shortage.

3. Sh. Sanjay Puri, requested for cash collection center at Uttam Nagar. CE(C)V inform that room is ready for cash collection centre Fish Market, Uttam Nagar. CEO directed that DOR be asked for providing necessary facility & staff for making functional the cash counter.

4. Sh. Sanjay Puri informed that some work of replacement of undersize PVC w/line completed & budget may be provided for remaining works of C-2D, A4C & at Possangipur Village. CEO informed that he has already instructed to frame the estimate & float the tender for the works for which budget is not allocated & the work order will be issued only after allocation of the budget.

5. Sh. Sanjay Puri, requested that T/wells at C-2, C-6A & B-3 blocks Janakpuri are lying abdasndoned, therefore may be handed over to MCD for horticulture purpose. CE(C)-V inform that water of T/wells is not fit for drinking purpose. TheseT/wells were constructed in the MCD parks. CEO desired that these abandoned T/wells may be handed over to MCD for horticulture purpose on request.

6. Sh. Sanjay Puri, requested that OHT situated at Fish Market, Uttam Nagar is non-functional & may be demolished. CEO directed CE(C) V to examine the case.

7. Sh. Sanjay Puri requested that copy of NIT and Work order may be sent to him. CEO informed that details are already available on web site of DJB.
