Sanjay Puri falicitated Shahid Ramesh Chand Award
for extending services to Senior Citizens
New Delhi - 2nd October, 2009 - Various dignitaries of different field - Kiren Bedi, Rajat Sharma, Vinod Dua, Raj Kumar Chauhan, Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Ex-Chief Minister, Madan Lal Khurana, Subhash Chopra, MLA & Anil Bhardwaj were felicitated the Lala Jagat Narain Award by Varishth Nagrik Kesari Club in a programme “Hamse Hai Jamana” organized by Varishth Nagrik Kesari Club under the auspicious occasion of International Senior Citizen Day at Sirifort Auditorium. The Film Producer & Director Subhash Ghai was the Chief Guest of the function.
At this occasion, Shri Sanjay Puri, Ex-MCD Corporator was honored with Shahid Ramesh Chanda Award, for extending exemplary cooperation & services to Sr. Citizens of Janak Puri area of West Delhi.
Award was given by Shri Subhash Ghai, Mrs Kiren Chopra - President of Kesari Club and Ashwani Kumar, Editor of Punjab Kesari.
While receiving the award Shri Puri said at this occasion that he was very happy to get such a prestigious award by the Kesari Club and said that services to the senior citizen are services rendered to God. |
